Boasting more than 37 years with Oliver Insurance, Elaine is often looked to as the heart of our agency. She works with personal insurance, servicing family accounts that sometimes span three generations, a rare and proud accomplishment. She gives her customers the best possible service and finds the insurance market that best fits their needs. She works hard to let her customers know how important they are to Oliver Insurance.

Elaine has been involved with insurance since she was a child when her father began selling policies. She definitely comes from an insurance family as all her siblings and in-laws are also in the industry. Her decades of experience have given her an expertise in the kind of coverage a family needs with the level of service they expect.

Elaine currently holds industry designations as AAI and CISR in addition to spending many more hours in classrooms educating herself on industry details.

Elaine and her husband Gary have a large circle of friends and family who they enjoy spending time with and can always be counted on for support.

Janet's calm and steady demeanor provides our customers guidance during their claims process. She coordinates many different aspects of a claim and works with company representatives, insureds, and claimants. Additionally, she provides essential support functions for the agency, including accounting tasks.

Janet started working for Oliver Insurance in 1973.

She earned her associate's degree in business from Johnson County Community College.

Along with Keith and Linda Oliver, she is co-organizer of the agency's Charitable Contributions Committee and has been involved in a special needs bakery and the "Bless the School" painting program for inner-city schools through her church.

Joan services the agency's Small Business Unit as well as the accounts for residential general contractors. Customers may first recognize her for her Australian accent, but will come to know her for her supreme efficiency and attention to detail. She handles numerous referrals and coordinates with the personal insurance account managers to maintain accuracy and ensure there are no gaps in coverage.

Joan joined Oliver Insurance Agency in 1993. Since then, she's developed solid relationships with her clients, company representatives, and account executives.

She has an Australian/British educational background and consistently improves her knowledge in the industry through numerous courses in insurance and computer software. In spite of this hard work, she still considers most of her experience to come from raising her four boys in Johnson County, Kansas.

Joan is very active in the community. She coaches tennis and acts as a member of the Junior Tennis Association Board, Homes Associations, and Church Organizations.

Linda works with larger commercial accounts, analyzing their insurance coverage details, processing coverage changes, and maintaining account accuracy. Her diligence and attention to detail benefit her clients.

With more than 15 years' experience in the insurance industry on both the carrier and the agency side, Linda has developed a unique perspective on how best to manage her accounts.

Linda graduated with a degree in education.

Linda is a member of the agency charitable giving committee and has participated in community service projects.

Linda is the first person you'll meet when you visit Oliver Insurance--and likely the voice on the other end of the line when you call. Beyond greeting visitors and directing communications, she also manages accounts receivables and provides essential support for service tasks. In addition, she serves as a liaison with various vendors servicing our office needs.

Beginning her career in 1971, Linda joined the Oliver Insurance Agency in 1987. With more than 25 years as an administrative professional, she strives to make each contact you have with Oliver Insurance Agency a pleasant and efficient experience.

Linda has volunteered at Harvesters Community Food Network and coordinated various office service projects such as adopting a needy family at Christmas. She has assisted with projects at her children's schools and church and served five years as application coordinator for GRRRR-Midwest, a golden retriever rescue organization.

Char Goyer teams with account executives to provide service and support for large commercial accounts. Her responsibilities include reviewing insurance policies for accuracy, consulting with the customer on various changes, and communicating with both customers and company representatives. Char's friendly and assuring nature continually sets her customers at ease and her dependability ensures their loyalty.

Char joined Oliver Insurance in 2002, with more than 30 years experience. She started her insurance career in claims processing, eventually becoming a claims adjuster. After many years in claims, she moved to a position in sales, training new agents on the fine points of insurance policy coverage and service.

Char has always been very involved in the deaf community. Her daughter attended the Kansas School for the Deaf where Char was the Blue Bird and then Brownie leader. Her second language is sign language. On any weekend when her free time allows, you can find Char entertaining friends and family at the lake.

Sue is focused on how best to address personal insurance coverage needs. She communicates directly with customers, advising them of their options, maintaining the accuracy of their policies and accounts, and coordinating with account executives, customers, and company representatives.. She works hard to both create new relationships and deepen Oliver Insurance's relationship with its existing loyal customers.

Sue has worked with Oliver Insurance Agency since 2002 and has a 40-year background of service in the insurance industry. During her career, she has seen many changes and has learned to adapt to the ever-evolving field of insurance.

Sue attended the University of Arkansas, concentrating on business. She participates in ongoing education to stay informed of the industry's many changes.

Sue has volunteered with the American Diabetic Association and is a past president of the PTA. A devoted mother and grandmother, she stays active by assisting in numerous school projects and activities.

Julie serves our personal lines clients. She is absolutely dedicated to helping her clients manage the risks of everyday life. Her high standards and attention to detail allow her to take excellent care of our clients, inform them about their insurance coverages, and offer the best protection available.

Julie has more than 23 years of experience in the insurance industry. After coming to Oliver Insurance Agency in 2010, she has tapped those years of knowledge to quickly build strong relationships with our clients and develop new relationships as well. Her deep understanding of personal insurance allows her to quickly learn new contracts with companies and process customer requests with incredible efficiency.

Julie is currently working on her CISR designation, which requires many hours of coursework and demonstration of comprehensive industry knowledge.

Julie enjoys volunteering for her hometown school in Louisburg and is actively involved in youth baseball, football, and wrestling programs.
